Should a customer receive an item which is not to their liking, they should notify congratulations.ie within 7 days for a full exchange or refund. Postage / carriage fees for the returned / exchange items will be met by the consumer.
Return items must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
Customers are strongly advised to send returns via registered delivery.
Non- arrival of returned Items are the customers responsibility and should be taken up with the relevant delivery service.
Items cut or altered in any way will not be refunded or exchanged, so if you buy A4, return it as A4.
Items that have been customised or personalised in any way are considered non-returnable and are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied with a covering note detailing the order number, contact details (phone, email, address) and explaining the reason for the return.
