Returns Policy
- Should a customer receive an order or a product that is defective / faulty they should notify congratulations.ie within 7 days for a full exchange or refund. Postage / carriage fees for the returned items will be met by congratulations.ie
- Should a customer receive an item which is not to their liking, they should notify congratulations.ie within 7 days for a full exchange or refund. Postage / carriage fees for the returned / exchange items will be met by the consumer.
- Return items must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
- Customers are strongly advised to send returns via registered delivery.
- Non- arrival of returned Items are the customers responsibility and should be taken up with the relevant delivery service.
- Items cut or altered in any way will not be refunded or exchanged, so if you buy A4, return it as A4.
- Items that have been customised or personalised in any way are considered non-returnable and are non-refundable.
- All returns must be accompanied with a covering note detailing the order number, contact details (phone, email, address) and explaining the reason for the return.
